This shoe was a replacement for the same item # purchased in Aug 2011. I have foot problems and the first ones were great for walking comfort. The new ones are stiffer and quite uncomfortable and are not usable by me. The first ones , the toe ripped through the top fabric very quickly but they were very good shoes. It seems like the composition of the soles is different on the current model. Not good!!
