Learn About Newton Running My granddaughter loves these shoes. Living in Ct. the winter so far this year hasn't had much snow but the ground freezes and then thaws out and gets really muddy. These shoes are great for her. She can go out and get mud on them and just rinse them off.

I'm not a big shoe gal, but I kept seeing these advertised on TV and I decided to treat myself. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.Do I think these shoes really help you get fit? I do feel they force you to roll all the way to your toes (something I would not normally do when I walk), thus making me use muscles I may not normally use. I DO feel the most workout in my abs (I wasn't expecting that). I do find myself walking MORE in them too. I would also think they would be good for someone who is on their feet a lot. They are DEFIANTLY very comfortable and I would strongly recommend them.
