The Acne Practice These are fantastic sandals. They look much better on than they do in the pictures, and the sole is also much more cushiony than expected. I have fairly small ankles and the wrap-around straps still fit just fine. I just barely got these and have worn them just about every day. Love them!

I understand some of the comments made by the previous reviewer, but I like these boots. They are stiff at first, especially the tongue, but that's because this is a thick, sturdy boot designed for the outdoors----it's built like a hiking boot. I prefer thick leather that is a little stiff to the paper-thin leather I usually see on boots. The sole is comparable to the Vibram soles I've seen on some motorcycle boots, which is very durable but a little harder than usual.They didn't feel narrow to me, and I own a LOT of boots (I'm not admitting how many). I'd say they are true to size, or maybe one half size longer than usual.My summary: a quality boot in every respect (upper, midsole, and sole) but will require some break-in time. I was very happy, esp. since I paid less than half price.
